Who processes your data
The controller is Katkov K., Croatia, trading as MaestralWeb.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, company, website address, e-mail or phone, and your message. We use no cookies. For visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and shows only aggregated figures (such as visits per page), without tracking individuals. Your browser only remembers the theme you picked (light or dark).
Why
To answer your inquiry and prepare the free project estimate. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Where the data goes
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. A form inquiry is forwarded to our Telegram channel and is not stored in a database.
How long
At most 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion and withdraw your consent at any time by replying to our message or through the form. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
