Frequent questions
Can you add only the AI to our current site?
No. The assistant comes with a site we build, so it answers from data we control and keep up to date.
Do we have to change our CRM or booking system?
No. For agencies we import listings from Dimedia, Nekretnine1 or the XML export your CRM already has, and refresh them automatically. For everyone else we agree on the simplest way to keep the data current.
Which languages does the assistant speak?
The default set is five languages: Croatian, English, German, Slovenian and Czech, by voice and in chat. More can be added on request, e.g. Italian, Polish or Hungarian. Guests and buyers speak their own language; you always get a summary in Croatian.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It says so instead of guessing. It takes the contact and passes the question to you with a summary, so you can reply with the exact answer.
Who pays for the conversation minutes?
Minutes are part of the Website + AI monthly fee: from €200 a month you get up to 500 minutes. When you get close to the limit, we tell you before you pass it. No surprises on the invoice.
Can it answer the phone?
Yes, as an add-on to the Website + AI package. The same assistant answers your number: in business hours it transfers the call to you, after hours it talks to the caller itself and sends a summary.
